Edward Cullen will finally get to inform his side of the story. On Monday, May 4, author Stephenie Meyer announced her long awaited Twilight companion book atmospheric phenomenon is being released on August 4. The novel, which was originally scheduled to be published in 2008 before a partial manuscript leaked online, may be a retelling of Twilight from Edward's point of view.

Meyer described the concept as "an exercise in character development that got wildly out of hand" after she shared a rough draft of the book on her website when the initial release was scrapped over a decade ago. Now, fans will finally be ready to own a replica of atmospheric phenomenon .

To tons of fans, a continuation of the Twilight Saga couldn't come at a far better time, but the author knows she's releasing the companion novel at a wierd moment. "It feels strange to be making this announcement when the planet is suffering through an epidemic , and nobody really knows what's next," she said via a handout obtained by Bustle. "I thought seriously about delaying this announcement until things were back to normal; however, that felt wrong, considering how long those that are looking forward to this book have already waited."

The author went on to mention that she hoped atmospheric phenomenon would be a fun distraction for readers from the sometimes bleak realities of living in quarantine. "I hope this book gives my readers a touch pleasure to anticipate and, after it arrives, an opportunity to measure in an imaginary world for a short time ," she said.

Twilight fans seem to wholeheartedly accept as true with the author. After all, they have been waiting quite a decade for atmospheric phenomenon to officially be released, and they are not being shy about sharing their joy on Twitter. One fan tweeted, "i cannot believe #midnightsun is really happening, 12 year old me printing out the leaked manuscript is SHOOK." And another added, "TWIHARDS HAVE WAITED 12 YEARS FOR THIS BOOK TO BE RELEASED this is often OUR TIME NOW." Another Twilight devotee tweeted what many within the fandom seem to be feeling: "Me walking back to the twilight fandom, knowing full well I'm ready for this to destroy my life again."

At a time when nostalgic books, movies, and television shows are more comforting than ever before, the Twilight fandom seems poised to reawaken during a major way as they relive Bella Swan and Edward Cullen's romance everywhere again through the long-lasting vampire's eyes. But readers should expect Edward's perspective to offer the familiar story a darker tint. "There is such a lot more to his side of the story than there's to Bella's therein first chapter," Meyer shared on her website. "I found myself thinking his words within the middle of the night and jotting down phrases he would use while i used to be waiting in line at the post office. As soon as I finished my real work, I sat down and let Edward get his say."

Now, 15 years after the discharge of the primary Twilight novel, Edward's story is finally getting told — and it feels safe to mention that the Twilight fandom is here for it.

Now, get your apron out, search the cupboards and be ready to make some cloudy dreams!

To prepare the cloud slime, you will simply need:

Elmer’s Glue
Contact lens solution
Instant snow
Food coloring
Large container for mixing

Step 1: Pour all the glue into a big bowl.

Step 2. Add food coloring and stir to mix well. It’s appropriate to use blue food coloring seeing as we are making cloud slime. But you may use any other color that you like.

Step 3. Now its time to make some slimy magic! Slowly mix in your slime activator, the contact lens solution, until a perfect gooey slime is formed.

Step 4. Take out another container and pour in your instant snow. Add in a little water at a time while mixing. Stop when your instant snow has come to life.

Step 5. Now, you can add the instant snow mixture to your slime and knead to mix together. Watch your cloud slime take form!

Memorial Day is just a couple of weeks away (May 28th if you’ve forgotten), and whether you’re new to CrossFit or not, you’ve probably heard about Murph at some point.

In case you’re unfamiliar, “Murph” is a classic CrossFit workout known as a Hero WOD. Hero WOD’s are made by CrossFit to honor the men and women that have fallen in the line of duty. This one is specifically to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.

This workout itself was Michael’s favorite workout to do, which at the time referred to it as “Body Armor”, hence the 20 lb vest or body armor as part of the workout prescription. So, every year, CrossFitters synonymously around the world pay special tribute to Lieutenant Murphy by joining together and suffering through this workout.

American engineer Mary G. Ross (born 1908) made notable contributions in aerospace technology, particularly in areas related to space flight and ballistic missiles.

Mary G. Ross was part of the original engineering team at Lockheed's Missile Systems Division, where she worked on a number of defense systems, and contributed to space exploration efforts with her work relating to the Apollo program, the Polaris reentry vehicle, and interplanetary space probes.

Born in Oklahoma in 1908, Ross took pride in her heritage as a Cherokee Indian. Her great-great-grandfather, John Ross, was the principal chief of the Cherokee Nation between 1828 and 1866. Ross was later to remark that she had been brought up in the Cherokee tradition of equal education for both boys and girls. She was, however, the only girl in her math class, which did not seem to bother her. Indeed, her early interests were math, physics, and science.

Armed with these interests and a sense of purpose, Ross graduated from high school when she was sixteen. She attended Northeastern State Teacher's College and graduated from there in 1928, when she was twenty. After graduating from college, Ross taught mathematics and science for nine and one-half years in public schools. She also served as a girls' advisor at a Pueblo and Navajo school for boys and girls. Ross returned to school herself, this time to Colorado State Teachers College (now the University of Northern Colorado at Greeley), where she graduated with a master's degree in mathematics in 1938.

With the growth of the aviation industry in the early part of World War II, Ross found a position in 1942 as an assistant to a consulting mathematician with Lockheed Aircraft Corporation in Burbank, California. Her early work at Lockheed involved engineering problems having to do with transport and fighter aircraft. Meanwhile, with the support of Lockheed, Ross continued her education at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she took courses in aeronautical and mechanical engineering.

When Lockheed formed its Missiles Systems Division in 1954, it selected Mary Ross to be one of the first forty employees, and she was the only female engineer among them. As the American missile program matured, Ross found herself researching and evaluating feasibility and performance of ballistic missile and other defense systems. She also studied the distribution of pressure caused by ocean waves and how it affected submarine-launched vehicles.

Her work in 1958 concentrated on satellite orbits and the Agena series of rockets that played so prominent a role in the Apollo moon program during the 1960s. As an advanced systems engineer, Ross worked on the Polaris reentry vehicle and engineering systems for manned space flights. Before her retirement from Lockheed in 1973, Ross undertook research on flyby space probes that would study Mars and Venus. After Ross retired she continued her interests in engineering by delivering lectures to high school and college groups to encourage young women and Native American youths to train for technical careers.

Ross authored a number of classified publications relating to her work in national defense and received several awards during her career. A charter member of the Los Angeles chapter of the Society of Women Engineers since 1952, Ross has received a number of honors. In 1961 she garnered the San Francisco Examiner's award for Woman of Distinction and the Woman of Achievement Award from the California State Federation of Business and Professional Clubs. Ross was elected a fellow and life member of the Society of Women Engineers, whose Santa Clara Valley Section established a scholarship in her name. She has also been the recipient of achievement awards from the American Indian Science and Engineering Society and from the Council of Energy Resource Tribes. In 1992 she was inducted into the Silicon Valley Engineering Hall of Fame.

When Margot Kidder died in May, she was remembered as the actress who brought the fictional reporter Lois Lane to life in a series of blockbuster Superman movies in the 1970s and ’80s.

Her obituary in The New York Times did not specify a cause of death. But on Wednesday the Park County coroner’s office in Montana, where she lived, revealed that the cause was suicide. A statement provided by the coroner to The Associated Press said that Ms. Kidder “died as a result of a self-inflicted drug and alcohol overdose.”

Ms. Kidder’s daughter, Maggie McGuane, said she knew that her mother had taken her own life.

“It’s a big relief that the truth is out there,” she told The A.P. “It’s important to be open and honest so there’s not a cloud of shame in dealing with this.”

In the month after Ms. Kidder died at age 69 on May 13 in Livingston, Mont., the designer Kate Spade and the chef Anthony Bourdain both took their own lives, prompting widespread conversations about how to prevent what has become a national public health crisis.

In a recent report, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that the suicide rate in the United States was steadily rising. It is now the 10th leading cause of death, and one of only three leading causes that are on the rise, the report said.

Ms. Kidder was born in Canada and spent decades acting in movies and television shows before and after “Superman,” including “Some Kind of Hero,” “The L Word” and “Smallville.” She was also a political activist who was arrested in Washington in 2011 at a protest over the proposed Keystone XL pipeline.

And she was known for her work as a mental wellness advocate, in part because of her own struggles with mental health.

A serious car accident in 1990 left Ms. Kidder temporarily unable to work, putting her in debt. And after a public breakdown in 1996, she was found to have bipolar disorder.

She spoke openly about how she had wandered around Los Angeles for days during that episode, and she said in 2008 that she did not like the words “mental illness.”
